Do not fear

“Do not fear, for I am with you,” says the Lord. I’m going back to school in a few weeks, and I haven’t been in school for a while. (Life got hectic) Early this month, I had a panic attack. I was talking to God about the upcoming school year then, all of a sudden, a wave of fear came over me. At that moment, all I can remember is my body shaking, me trying to catch my breath, and begging God not to leave me while I enter this school year. I was scared.

I guess I was scared of all the negative possibilities that were going to happen to me again. I feared that I was going to be in a toxic environment, have a bunch of responsibilities on me, have another mental breakdown, and be in a state of mind where I couldn't mentally or physically function.

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

‭‭-Isaiah‬ ‭41‬:‭10‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The enemy saw my weak spots and tried to take me down. This scripture is a reminder that God will never leave you. To anyone else who is scared of going into the new school year, just know God will always be with you.

Have a blessed school year!!

PRAYER: Father, I ask that you cover any and everyone that is entering the new school year. I pray that you will take care of them and allow them to walk in this year with confidence. I pray over the environment that they will be in and the people they will connect with. God, I know that they can do all things through Christ, who strengthens them. Father, let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In your mighty name, I pray, Amen!
